2. Lease to Own (Not
available for JVs)
If you are having trouble qualifying for a home loan then a Lease Purchase
might be your next best option. A Lease Purchase option allows you to rent
or lease one of our homes for a determined amount of time where you can apply
those payments to actually OWN that home.
Rent to Own or Lease Purchase program has many benefits. The monthly payments go
to home ownership and you do not waste rent money.
With rent to own, lease purchase options you can lock in the current price while
you benefit from home appreciation.
Rent to own, lease purchase options help you repair your credit. The Low Down
Payment makes rent to own easy while it's easy to qualify and there no excessive
fees.
Our Lease-Purchase program allows you to live in one of our homes for up to 12
months prior to purchase so you can save for any additional down payment and/or
resolve any credit issues.
In order to purchase one of our homes you must make a down payment of 3% to 5%
of the homes purchase price. ($3000 minimum). Complete our lease option buyers
application and make all monthly lease payments on time with no NSF checks.
Part of your monthly rent could go towards your rent credit.
Final Word
We can get
you in one of our homes as long as you can make the monthly payments. That
means that if you have a job and can make the payments, we will do our best to
get you in one of our homes either by financing you, finding you alternative
financing or lease optioning the home to allow you to rectify your situation
enough to get financed in the near future.
