Buyer Pre-Qualification Form

This buyer pre-qualification form is designed to get a buyer(s) prequalified for one of our homes. It is extremely important that the person's income can support the requested monthly payment. A good rule of thumb is to take the person's income (If two are applying then both incomes) and divide it by 2. Take the resulting amount and subtract any other debt such as credit cards, car loans, medical bills (no food, telephone, cable, cell or any of the consumer type expenses). If the resulting number is less than the future monthly payment, then please don't apply.
